**LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Once orders are shipped to customers home, Image Builders Marketing is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you would like a required signature for delivery, please contact us the same day the order was placed so we can apply it before we ship the order. If your order was lost or stolen, please contact USPS 1 (800) 275-8777 and file a claim.
**EXCHANGES: There is a $10.95-$13.95 shipping and handling fee on all exchanges. The card that was used to place the original order will automatically be charged this fee once exchanges have been processed and shipped out. By clicking "I agree to the terms of service", you are agreeing to this charge. If items are returned to us washed, worn or tags missing you will not be refunded your money and we can not process an exchange.
**FREE SHIPPING: Please note that if you applied the free shipping code, your items will be shipped to your school NOT your home. You will be able to pick your items up at your schools office. See applied voucher for the arrival date.
Uniform Ordering Information
STEP 1: Browse the catalog and click on the appropriate items to view its detail page.
STEP 2: From the product detail page you may choose your desired size and quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button.
STEP 3: You have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout, click the "proceed to check out" button. This will take you to an "Shopping Cart Summary" page.
STEP 4: If you have a "Free Shipping" coupon code apply it to the voucher section. Once voucher is applied, please see the applied voucher for arrival date and location.
STEP 5: New customers need to click "New Customer" which will take you through the steps to create a username and password and fill out your basic billing and shipping information. You will not need to provide Credit Card information at this time. Returning customers only need to Login using their username and password.
STEP 6: You will need to choose a shipping option if applicable and enter your credit card information. Your personal and credit information will be encrypted and secure as shown by the HTTPS in the URL line of your browser above. The "S" shows that the business you are shopping with is legitimate and secure. If part of "Free Shipping" the delivery time may be longer than the standard/express shipping option. See voucher for arrival date and location.
STEP 7: You must select " I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally" before proceeding to payment. Once your payment is applied at this point your credit card will be charged and you will be sent to "Order Received" page. You may also use your username and password to come back to your account page at a later date to view your history. STEP 8: You will be emailed a confirmation of your completed order.
